This ground-up rebuild of the DNA (Competencies) Report launches on Wednesday, April 22, 2026! Here’s what you need to know about the new report:
Old vs New
The new DNA Report is designed for coaching. It focuses on real workplace skills, not just the theory behind them.
We’ve completely rewritten the script with new scoring, dynamic results, personalized language, coaching tips, positive language, and competencies with a clear purpose, removing repetition and crossover.
Relating, Thinking, Working
The 25 competencies are now grouped in three clear domains:
Relating: Relational skills that build trust, connection, and collaboration with others.
Thinking: Cognitive skills that support analysis, creativity, learning, and judgment.
Working: Execution skills that drive initiative, follow-through, and goal-directed action.
Respondents can see where their strengths naturally cluster, and a new approach to “high” and “low” language helps people build awareness without feeling criticized.
